At Get You Nuts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, fresh dry fruits and nuts to your doorstep. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.

You may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired or is of unsatisfactory quality.

To be eligible, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases after internal review.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Beyond that, we begin processing and packaging, and cancellations may not be possible.
